Miles Ashley FICE, FRICS, FRSA

Miles is a Civil engineer with over 33 years’ experience in construction and property. Miles is an accredited Infrastructure and Projects Authority (IPA) High Risk Reviewer.

 

He was the TfL Director responsible for Construction at London Underground, a £5bn programme, which encompassed redevelopments such as Tottenham Court Road, Victoria and Bond Street; and additionally, the line extensions to the Northern and Metropolitan.

During his career he has worked in Contracting for Balfour Beatty and Lovell; Construction Project Management as a Director of Clarson Goff and in property development as the Managing Director of Heritage Property Group.   

He recently led “PROJECT 13” the Infrastructure Client Group work on New Delivery Models in Infrastructure

Miles is also Immediate Past Master of the Worshipful Company of Paviors, a City Livery Company, and a Charity Trustee.

Glenn Keelan FCMI MAPM RPP

Glenn was one of the first 50 APM registered Project Professionals and has a 30-year career in Infrastructure.

In 1993 he was E&M manager In the Crossrail Client team and subsequently joined Kvaerner whilst gaining a qualification in Environmental Management. In 2003, he led delivery of the ‘New Works’ division of Tube Lines, developing that business to incorporate Major Upgrades including associated TWAO applications.  Projects included Wembley Park Knightsbridge and Russel Square.

 

In 2005 he returned to TfL to lead development & delivery of the £700m Victoria Station Upgrade (VSU), the £300m Metropolitan Line Extension, the £1bn Northern Line Extension to Battersea, and the Earl’s Court Development schemes. 

 

Glenn also maintains a role as a school governor, leading on Resources and Health & Safety, and is a long-standing patron of both the NSPCC and The Railway Children registered charities.
